Plan the week. Publish. Done.

For cafés, clinics, shops, security crews and small production lines. The moment you publish, everyone's shifts land in their own calendar, with a notification.

Your first team starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment to begin.

Week 42

Published

From a blank week to everyone's phone.

Team mode lives inside the same app your people already use for their own shifts. Nobody needs a second app or a desktop.

  • 1. Set up the team

Create a team, split it into units if you have more than one, and invite people by e-mail. Start from early, late and night, or define your own shift types.

  • 2. Plan with rotations

Apply a repeating rotation to a person, copy last week, or tap cells one by one. Set a minimum per shift type and the planner shows which days are short.

  • 3. Publish

One tap sends the week out. Each person gets one notification, and the shifts appear locked in their own calendar, next to their personal plans.

  • 4. Handle the changes

Members ask for time off, a swap or a different shift, or call in sick; the planner decides in one inbox. A sick call reaches the unit's planners straight away.

Everyone sees what their job needs.

Four roles, and one person can plan several units or work in more than one.

Owner and admins

Run the team

Members, units, shift types, pay rules and the plan. The owner can hand the team over to someone else at any time.

Operators

Plan their units

Build and publish the schedule of the units they run, keep those units' shift types, and decide their people's requests.

Members

Just see their shifts

Their published shifts in their own calendar, reminders and alarms included. Requests, availability and announcements in one place.

Small on purpose.

Read the privacy policy
A schedule, not a time clock
No clock-in, no GPS tracking, no payroll. Shift Calendar plans who works when, and tells people in time.
Personal calendars stay personal
The team sees the shifts it plans, never a member's own calendar, notes or other groups.
Readable offline
Published shifts are kept on each member's phone, so the week is there without a connection. Planning itself happens online, so every planner works on the same, current week.

One price per team, not per person.

Plans are bought by the team's owner through Google Play and priced by seats. Every active member and every open invitation takes a seat.

Questions teams ask.

How do I start a team?

Install the app and sign in. On the Calendar tab, tap the calendar's name at the top to open Calendars, then Create a team. The trial starts at once.

Do my people need to pay or buy anything?

No. They install the free app, create an account and accept the e-mailed invitation. Seeing their published shifts is always free for them.

Can members work out their pay?

Yes, if you want them to. Admins can set pay rules for the team and each unit; members then see their team shifts' hours and pay on the Pay tab. You can also keep pay hidden from the team.

What happens to our data?

The team's schedule, requests and announcements are stored on our server in Turkey so every member's phone can read them. Owners and admins see members' names, e-mail addresses and schedules; operators see their units. The privacy policy has the details, including how to delete an account.
